            SPECIFICATION TEXT

We created Resist after struggling to find a bar that didn’t mess with our hormones or give us a fast, large sugar spike. Most bars are either low in carbs and sugar but full of artificial, hormone-disrupting ingredients or they are more natural, but filled with fruit sugars that spike blood sugar like crazy. Many people eat bars at their desks or on the go -- not in conjunction with a workout. That said, they don't need the carbs to fuel their exercise, and rather their blood sugar spikes can lead to negative effects on hormone and metabolic health. That's where we come in!
